Swimming Hard

WC is practicing so hard and having a great time. The boys have their first swim meet this Saturday...are we really ready to get up before the crack of dawn? Ready or not it is here. WC signed up for Coaches Choice so this might turn out to be really interesting. He can make it across the pool WC style so we aren't so worried. But mind yourself (for those of you who remember that he is a brick) he can get across and he is always so happy when he does.



HJ really does not like land work outs! He grumbles when we pull up and he sees the obvious cues that would let him know that they will be doing a lot of it. Here he is doing the super man impression. Yea he is thinking quietly in his head. But we remind him it will make him stronger and keep him healthy.
